Dubos Salts Medium (ATCC medium:1160/DSMZ Medium 1161/1160 Dubos agar with filter paper)主要用于Cellvibrio fulvus的分离培养。
成分组成：(g/L)
Preparation of Medium:
Add components,except filter paper,to distilled/deionized water and bring volume to 1.0L.Mix thoroughly.Adjust pHto 7.0.Gently heat while stirring and bring to boiling.Distribute into tubes or flasks.Autoclave for 15min at 15 psi pressure 121℃.Pour into sterile Petri dishes or leave in tubes.For tubes allow to solidify on a slant.When the agar has solidified,place a strip of sterile filter paper on to the surface of each slope.Inoculate on to the filter paper.
Use:For the cultivation of Cellvibrio spp.
注意事项：
1.注意无菌操作，避免微生物污染。
2.根据菌株生长特性，可适当调整pH值。
3.该培养基仅用于科研领域，不宜用于临床诊断或其它用途。
4.称量时注意粉尘，佩戴口罩操作以避免引起呼吸道系统不适。
5.干粉培养基使用后立即旋紧瓶盖，避免吸潮结块。未开封产品保质期三年，开封后根据存放条件的不同保质时间存在一定的差异。
